This Privacy Policy forms a part of our Terms of Service (“ToS”) and governs how we collect, use, share, and safeguard your personal data when you access or use the TrackM8 mobile application and associated services (collectively, the “App” and “Services”).

TrackM8 is available globally via Google Play, although it is published in Pakistan. As such, this policy reflects our commitment to comply with international privacy regulations, including:

  • If we combine Personal Data with Non-Personal Data, the result is treated as Personal Data for as long as they remain linked.

We automatically collect certain data via the app, based on your permission choices granted through system prompts or in-app settings. This processing is required to fulfill our contract with you and enable our core features.

H. Eligibility & Children’s Privacy

TrackM8 is not intended for children. We define children as:

  • Under 13 years (United States)

  • Under 16 years (European Union)

  • Or below the minimum legal age under applicable data laws

We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we discover that a child has submitted personal data without parental consent, we will delete it promptly. Please notify us at fit4u.apps@gmail.com if you believe this has occurred.

We also recommend that parents use Android parental control tools to monitor or restrict app usage.

TrackM8 by Fit4U is published in Pakistan but is available globally via Google Play. We recognize and respect the privacy laws of various jurisdictions. Below is how we address jurisdiction-specific privacy requirements:

C. Nevada Residents

Under Nevada law, you may opt out of future sales of certain personal information. Although TrackM8 does not currently sell data, we honor opt-out requests.
